If you purchase the app as a set, you will then receive an individual code for the app via email. As soon as you open the app on your iOS device, you can enter the code and receive access to all content and functionality for 3 months.
Is shipping free?
Shipping is free for orders over 50€ within Germany. This means that shipping is always free when ordering this set.
How long does delivery take?
After we receive your order, the average delivery time is approximately 1-3 working days within Germany. You can view the status of your order at any time using the tracking link that you will receive by email.
returns
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving the goods, provided the product is unopened. The bags are also packed in a polybag that is sealed with a sticker. If this label is damaged or opened, the product is considered opened. Since our delivery includes medical items, we are unfortunately unable to accept them back once they have been opened. We ask for your understanding!
