What distinguishes Leni's Lab from conventional first aid kits?
Our products are carefully tailored to the needs of children in collaboration with pediatricians. We go far beyond classic wound care and also help parents to better understand childhood illnesses and treat common symptoms from fever, coughs and colds to lice, ticks, worms and much more.
For what age is the suitcase suitable?
The products in the first aid kit are suitable for children aged 0-14 years. Many of the products can also be used on adults in emergencies ;)
Can I use the first aid kit for children without the app?
Yes, you can use our first aid kit for children without the app. We have included a manual that gives you concrete recommendations for action in emergencies and common accidents in everyday life with children. However, we highly recommend the app, as you can find a large selection (several hundred) of detailed articles on symptoms and childhood illnesses here. In addition, you can learn to better understand the course of your children's illnesses with functions such as the intuitive symptom tracker.
Can I use the first aid kit for children without the app?

Is shipping free?
Shipping is free for orders over 50€ within Germany.
How long does delivery take?
After we receive your order, the average delivery time is approximately 1-3 working days within Germany. You can view the status of your order at any time using the tracking link that you will receive by email.
Can I return products?
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving the goods, provided the products are unopened. Our bags are also packed in a polybag that is sealed with a sticker. If this label is damaged or opened, the product is considered opened. Since our delivery includes medical items, we are unfortunately unable to accept them back once they have been opened. We ask for your understanding!
Can I reorder individual categories?
We are working hard to provide you with refill sets as quickly as possible. Please write to us and tell us which products you are particularly interested in at hello@lenislab.com.

What functions does the app offer?
Our app helps you to better understand childhood illnesses, to document your child's development and to act correctly in emergencies. It is therefore not only valuable on its own, but also the perfect companion for our first aid kit and the emergency kit for on the go.
Features of the app:
- Comprehensive articles on childhood illnesses and symptoms: Get well-founded information with appropriate recommendations for action to better support your child's health.
- Symptom diary: Track disease progression reliably, better understand the effects and prepare optimally for discussions with pediatricians.
- Growth tracker: Record your child's development easily and clearly.
- First aid tips: Life-saving measures and detailed application examples for products from the Leni's Lab first aid kit and the Ouch Pouch!
- Continuously updated content: Developed in collaboration with pediatricians and midwives to always provide you with the most current and best information.
I can't find the app in the Apple App Store?
The Leni's Lab app will be available for download in the Apple App Store from January 1st, 2025! We ask for a little patience. In the meantime, you can follow us on Instagram @lenislab to discover the first content.
When will the app be available for Android users?
We are working hard to make the app available on Android and hope that this will be the case very soon. If you are an Android user, please send us an email to android@lenislab.com. We will let you know as soon as it is launched!
Is the app free?
If you download the app from the Apple App Store, you can read some articles for free after registering. However, to unlock all content and functionality, you need the premium version. This normally costs €6.99 per month and €39.99 per year (33% discount). If you are one of the first customers to purchase our first aid kit for children and the Ouch Pouch - the emergency kit for on the go - as a set, you will receive the app free of charge for 3 months.
What happens to the app after the first 3 free months?
If you choose our bundle, in which you purchase the first aid kit and the Ouch Pouch as an emergency kit for on the go, you will currently receive free access to all the app's content and functions for 3 months. You do not have to enter into a subscription, do not have to provide any payment details and the service will not be extended. Since we are new on the market, we want to collect initial feedback from our customers as quickly as possible and constantly improve the app. After the 3 months, you can freely choose whether you want to continue using the app in the premium version.
The app will cost €6.99 per month in the Apple App Store and €39.99 per year as a subscription.
In which languages is the app available?
The app is available in German and English. It can be used in both metric and imperial measurement systems.
What happens to my children's health data?
If you use our intuitive symptom tracker to record the symptoms and progression of the disease, you are entrusting us with your child's sensitive health data. We are aware of the great responsibility that comes with storing and processing sensitive data that our users share with us.
