returns
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving the goods, provided the product is unopened. The bags are also packed in a polybag that is sealed with a sticker. If this label is damaged or opened, the product is considered opened. Since our delivery includes medical items, we are unfortunately unable to accept them back once they have been opened. We ask for your understanding!
Zur Geburt meiner Tochter habe ich lange nach einem gut sortierten Erste Hilfe Koffer gesucht, der alles wichtige enthält, die Anwendung verständlich erklärt und dabei noch schön designed ist. Mit Lenis Lab hab ich all das bekommen & bin absolut begeistert! Damit fühle ich mich als Mama auf jeden Ernstfall gut vorbereitet. Und für unterwegs ist das pouch auch super praktisch! Absolute Weiterempfehlung!
Ich bin erst neulich zum ersten mal Mama geworden, hab deshalb meine Hebamme gefragt was man wirklich braucht. Das Lenis Lab hat sie mir empfohlen und ich bin wirklich zufrieden.
Wir hatten vorher ein anderes Erste Hilfe Set, das aber nur die Standard Artikel erhielt. Lenis Lab bietet da so viel mehr und beinhaltet (abgesehen von vielleicht Schmerzzäpfchen) alles was man braucht. Und das kleine Set ist super für mal kurz zwischendurch unterwegs. Würde ich wieder kaufen und kann ich jedem nur empfehlen.
Ich habe das Set vor 2 Wochen gekauft und seitdem schon viel Gebrauch davon gemacht. Meine Kinder lieben es darin rumzustöbern. Für kürzere Trips ist mir das große Set zwar etwas zu wuchtig, aber für längere Reisen würde ich es auf jeden Fall mitnehmen.
Praktisch, robust und hat alles, was man so braucht.
